Fresh Pilsner Urquell like in Plzencon the tank of K10056 Bistrot
Twelve throughout Italy, including ours, are Pilsner Urquell's 500-liter tanks. The tanks are made to offer the public a pasteurized beer.
The beer market attracts an increasingly vast and attentive audience to the pursuit of quality, in all its expressions.
Pilsner Urquell, the beer that gave rise to the entire lager / pils segment, brought its tank system to Italy, proposing the unpasteurized product, presented with the best tapping.
The beer is tapped with the “tankovna” method.
It is so fresh that it is just like what you drink in the cellars of breweries in the Czech Republic. The beer is transported in a very short time, in refrigerated tanks, from Plzen to its destination. This special transport and non-pasteurization enhance the unmistakable characteristics of the product in the jug: the bitterness of Saaz hops, probably the finest in the world, and the delicate sweetness of Moravian malt.
Meantime Yakima Red
Red Ale style beer. The name derives from the American Yakima Valley, an area where some of the best species of hops in the world are grown.
A Red Ale born as a tribute to American hops from the famous Yakima Valley.
It has a mixed grain foam, abundant, with a creamy appearance and ivory color. The persistence is medium and the adhesion to the walls is remarkable, ruby red color with cola shades, completely limpid aspect and sparkling present but slow.
The olfactory impact rewards the voluptuous curves of the caramel malts. It is a pleasant caramel, absolutely not cloying. Even caramelized in turn, to the extent that it has toasted shades (barley). The notes of malts (bread crust, biscuit, mou) offer momentum. In between, not before not later, there is an aromatic caress that recalls hops, bringing a breeze of resin and pine needles. The body is slim, slender and extremely smooth. Yet tasty. In its subtle tactile texture, Yakima Red hides medium body and good carbonation. Also in the mouth, as in the nose, the malty component prevails.
Saint Benoit Blanche
Saint Benoit Tripel
Inspired by traditional abbey beer. Its foam is white, creamy and compact with a long persistence, the yellow body with slightly veiled ramatile reflections.
The nose opens up fruity and floral notes deriving from its high fermentation that blend harmoniously with the dominant note of licorice and caramel. Sustained body, bitter aftertaste. It is a product of complex alchemy between particular malts and fine hops that give a typical note of chocolate.
